Šta šaljemo nakon što klikneš „Uključi“

Proširenje šalje zahtjeve našem serveru api.rehauz.com, i to:

• izvor (olx.ba) i brojeve oglasa nekretnina: oglasa koji gledaš i oglasa s liste rezultata koju gledaš, do 60 oglasa po zahtjevu;
• podatke o nekretnini kako ih oglas prikazuje: vrsta (prodaja ili najam, i vrsta nekretnine), lokacija (grad, naselje i koordinate nekretnine), m², sobe, sprat i ukupan broj spratova, godina gradnje, stanje, uknjiženost, oprema i cijena (iznos, valuta i oznaka da je cijena na upit). Za oglase s liste rezultata šaljemo manje: vrstu, grad i koordinate, m², sobe i cijenu, a kod kratkog najma i trajanje najma; kad ih proširenje ne može pročitati, samo broj oglasa i cijenu s kartice;
• pod opremom mislimo na: broj kupatila, površina zemljišta, namještenost, grijanje, vrsta poda, orijentacija, trajanje najma te oprema i priključci koje oglas navodi: parking, lift, balkon, terasa, podrum, tavan, bašta, klima, plin, internet, sigurnosna vrata, ostava, video nadzor, alarm, garaža, kablovska televizija, voda, struja, kanalizacija i telefonski priključak;
• broj oglasa, da ti pokažemo slične oglase: kad otvoriš puni izvještaj, a kod oglasa za zemljište odmah kad se oglas otvori;
• brojač grešaka: kad se dio rehauza ne uspije prikazati ili pročitati stranicu, ili kad server odgovori da oglas ne poznaje, da ne podržava njegovu valutu, stanjem koje proširenje ne poznaje ili odgovorom koji proširenje ne zna prikazati, šaljemo izvor (olx.ba), mjesto na stranici, način čitanja stranice, oznaku verzije stranice i verziju proširenja. Bez broja oglasa i bez adrese stranice (URL). Najviše jednom dnevno za isto mjesto i istu verziju stranice. Brojač nam kaže šta se pokvarilo i na kojoj verziji stranice oglasnika, da bismo popravili čitanje.

Svaki zahtjev serveru nosi tvoju IP adresu i uobičajene tehničke podatke preglednika. IP adresu koristimo samo kao ključ Cloudflareovog brojača za ograničenje broja zahtjeva (prozor od 60 s), da jedan korisnik ne može zagušiti server; mi je ne spremamo. Podatke o nekretnini koristimo samo za odgovor na taj zahtjev i ne spremamo ih.

Šta ne šaljemo

• Ime prodavca, telefon, e-mail, opis oglasa i slike.
• Tvoju prijavu na oglasnik: ne čitamo je i ne diramo.
• Proširenje ne koristi kolačiće ni broj instalacije, a mi ne pravimo profil ni historiju tvojih zahtjeva.
• Nema reklama, affiliate linkova ni alata za praćenje trećih strana, a podatke ne prodajemo.

Šta proširenje čita s olx.ba

Za potražnju, nakon pristanka, proširenje iz tvog preglednika čita javnu statistiku oglasa koji gledaš, sa stranice tog oglasa na analytics.olx.ba. Taj zahtjev ide direktno na olx.ba, ne preko našeg servera: nosi broj oglasa, tvoju IP adresu, uobičajene tehničke podatke preglednika i oznaku proširenja (zaglavlje Origin), pa olx.ba može vidjeti da zahtjev šalje rehauz. Ide bez kolačića, bez tvoje prijave i bez adrese stranice s koje dolazi. Za taj zahtjev olx.ba je samostalni kontrolor i obrađuje ga prema svojoj politici privatnosti; ništa od toga ne dolazi do nas.

Za isti oglas najviše jednom u 30 minuta u istoj sesiji preglednika, i kad čitanje ne uspije. Ako olx.ba odbije zahtjev, proširenje 30 minuta ne čita statistiku nijednog oglasa. S te stranice zadržava samo dva broja, koliko puta je oglas sačuvan i koliko poruka je poslano, i to samo dok je preglednik otvoren. Ne šalje ih nikome, ni nama.

Šta proširenje preuzima s našeg sajta

Jednom, odmah po instalaciji (ne i pri ažuriranju), otvara stranicu rehauz.com/dobrodosli u novoj kartici. To je obično učitavanje stranice, prije pristanka, i ne nosi podatke o oglasima.

Nakon pristanka, dok koristiš proširenje, preuzima podešavanja s rehauz.com/config/extension.json, najviše jednom u 6 sati, a ako preuzimanje ne uspije, ponovo nakon 15 minuta: prekidač za isključivanje i ispravke za čitanje stranice. Taj zahtjev ne nosi kolačiće ni ništa o tebi ili oglasima osim IP adrese i tehničkih podataka preglednika.

Šta ostaje u tvom pregledniku

Sačuvani oglasi (naslov, cijena, m², sobe, mjesto i link), bilješke, tvoj pristanak (verzija i vrijeme), podešavanja i oznake već prijavljenih grešaka spremaju se u memoriju proširenja u tvom pregledniku i ne šalju se nikome. Odgovori servera, brojke potražnje, podaci s oglasa za puni izvještaj i koje si oglase već vidio, da se animacija ne ponavlja, čuvaju se samo dok je preglednik otvoren, a brišu se i kad povučeš pristanak ili se proširenje ažurira.

Ovaj sajt

rehauz.com ne postavlja svoje kolačiće, nema skripti ni analitike i ne učitava ništa s tuđih servera; fontovi se učitavaju s ovog sajta. Cloudflare, naš host, može postaviti sigurnosni kolačić (__cf_bm ili cf_clearance) da zaštiti sajt od botova. Kad otvoriš stranicu, Cloudflare vidi tvoju IP adresu da bi ti je isporučio.

Pravni osnov

Proširenje obrađuje podatke na osnovu tvog pristanka, koji daješ klikom na „Uključi“, prema Zakonu o zaštiti ličnih podataka Bosne i Hercegovine („Službeni glasnik BiH“, broj 12/25) i, za korisnike u Evropskoj uniji, prema Općoj uredbi o zaštiti podataka (GDPR), član 6. stav 1. tačka (a). Pristanak možeš povući kad hoćeš; to ne mijenja zakonitost obrade prije povlačenja.

Za isporuku stranica ovog sajta osnov je naš legitimni interes da sajt radi.

Koliko dugo čuvamo podatke

Na serveru ne vodimo nikakav zapis po korisniku. Brojač grešaka bilježimo po danu, bez ičega o tebi, a redove starije od 30 dana brišemo automatski svaki dan. IP adresu koristimo samo kao ključ Cloudflareovog brojača za ograničenje broja zahtjeva (prozor od 60 s); mi je ne spremamo. Sačuvani oglasi, bilješke i podešavanja ostaju u tvom pregledniku dok ih ne obrišeš ili ne ukloniš proširenje.

Tvoja prava

Imaš pravo na pristup podacima, brisanje, povlačenje pristanka, ispravku, ograničenje obrade i prigovor.

Pristanak povlačiš u prozorčiću proširenja, isključivanjem opcije „Uključeno“. Od tog trenutka proširenje ne šalje ništa i ne čita statistiku s olx.ba, a odgovore servera briše. Sačuvani oglasi i bilješke ostaju dok ih ne obrišeš.

Uklanjanjem proširenja iz Chromea brišu se svi njegovi podaci u tvom pregledniku.

Za sve ostalo piši na adresu iz odjeljka Kontakt. Pošto na serveru nemamo zapis po korisniku, obično nemamo šta pokazati ni obrisati, ali ćemo ti to potvrditi.

Pritužba

Ako smatraš da obrada tvojih podataka krši propise, možeš podnijeti pritužbu Agenciji za zaštitu ličnih podataka u Bosni i Hercegovini. Ako živiš u Evropskoj uniji, možeš se obratiti i nadzornom tijelu za zaštitu podataka u svojoj državi.

Obrađivač i prijenos podataka

Server i ovaj sajt rade na Cloudflareu (Cloudflare, Inc., SAD), koji je naš host i obrađivač. Cloudflare prima svaki zahtjev, s tvojom IP adresom, i obrađuje ga u svojim data centrima širom svijeta, pa podaci napuštaju Bosnu i Hercegovinu i mogu se obrađivati u Evropskoj uniji, SAD-u i drugim državama. Cloudflare podatke obrađuje po našim uputama i prema svom ugovoru o obradi podataka. Bilježenje zahtjeva je isključeno na serveru i na ovom sajtu, a analitiku ne koristimo. Kao host, Cloudflare ipak može voditi sigurnosne zapise (s IP adresom) o zahtjevima koje njegova zaštita od botova provjeri ili blokira.

Izmjene

Ako proširenje počne slati nešto novo, prvo mijenjamo ovu stranicu i tekst pristanka, a proširenje te ponovo pita za pristanak.

What we send after you click “Uključi”

The extension sends requests to our server, api.rehauz.com, with:

• the source (olx.ba) and real-estate listing IDs: the listing you are viewing and the listings on the results list you are viewing, up to 60 per request;
• property facts as the listing shows them: sale or rent and property type, location (city, neighbourhood and the property's coordinates), m², rooms, floor and number of floors, year built, condition, registered title, features, and price (amount, currency, and whether the price is on request). For listings on a results list we send less: sale or rent and property type, city and coordinates, m², rooms and price, and for short-term rentals the rental period; when the extension cannot read these, just the listing ID and the price on the card;
• by features we mean: number of bathrooms, land area, whether it is furnished, heating, flooring, orientation, rental period, and the features and utilities the listing states: parking, lift, balcony, terrace, basement, attic, garden, air conditioning, gas, internet, security door, pantry, video surveillance, alarm, garage, cable TV, water, electricity, sewer and phone line;
• a listing's ID, to show you similar listings: when you open the full report, and on a land listing right away when it opens;
• a failure counter: when part of rehauz fails to show or to read the page, or when the server answers that it does not know the listing, that it does not support its currency, with a status the extension does not know, or with an answer the extension cannot display, we send the source (olx.ba), the place on the page, how the page was read, the page build tag and the extension version. No listing ID and no page address (URL). At most once a day for the same place and page build. The counter tells us what broke and on which build of the listing site's page, so we can fix reading it.

Every request to the server carries your IP address and the usual technical data of a browser. We use the IP address only as the key of Cloudflare's rate-limiting counter (a 60-second window), so that one user cannot flood the server; we do not store it. We use the property facts only to answer that request and do not store them.

What we do not send

• Seller names, phone numbers, emails, listing descriptions and images.
• Your login on the listing site: we never read or touch it.
• The extension uses no cookies and no install ID, and we keep no profile or history of your requests.
• No ads, no affiliate links, no third-party trackers, and we do not sell data.

What the extension reads from olx.ba

For demand, after consent, the extension reads the public statistics of the listing you are viewing, from that listing's page on analytics.olx.ba, straight from your browser. That request goes to olx.ba directly, not through our server: it carries the listing ID, your IP address, the browser's usual technical data and the extension's identifier (the Origin header), so olx.ba can see that the request comes from rehauz. It goes with no cookies, no login and no address of the page it comes from. For that request olx.ba is an independent controller under its own privacy policy; none of it reaches us.

For the same listing at most once every 30 minutes within one browser session, failed reads included. If olx.ba refuses a request, the extension reads no statistics for any listing for 30 minutes. Of that page it keeps only two numbers, how many times the listing was saved and how many messages were sent, and only while the browser is open. It sends them to no one, us included.

What the extension loads from our website

Once, right after installation (not on updates), it opens rehauz.com/dobrodosli in a new tab. This is an ordinary page load, before consent, and carries no listing data.

After consent, while you use the extension, it loads settings from rehauz.com/config/extension.json at most once every 6 hours, and 15 minutes after a failed try: an off switch and fixes for reading the page. That request carries no cookies and nothing about you or listings beyond your IP address and the browser's technical data.

What stays in your browser

Saved listings (title, price, m², rooms, place and link), notes, your consent (version and time), settings and markers of failures already reported are kept in the extension's storage in your browser and are sent to no one. Server answers, demand figures, the listing details for the full report and which listings you have already seen, so the animation does not repeat, are kept only while the browser is open, and are also deleted when you withdraw consent or the extension updates.

This website

rehauz.com sets no cookies of its own, has no scripts or analytics and loads nothing from other servers; fonts are served from this site. Cloudflare, our host, may set a security cookie (__cf_bm or cf_clearance) to protect the site from bots. When you open a page, Cloudflare sees your IP address in order to deliver it.

Legal basis

The extension processes data on the basis of your consent, which you give by clicking “Uključi”, under the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH 12/25) and, for users in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

For delivering this website's pages, the basis is our legitimate interest in running the site.

How long we keep data

We keep no record per user on the server. The failure counter is kept per day, with nothing about you, and rows older than 30 days are deleted automatically every day. We use your IP address only as the key of Cloudflare's rate-limiting counter (a 60-second window); we do not store it. Saved listings, notes and settings stay in your browser until you delete them or remove the extension.

Your rights

You have the right to access, erasure, withdrawal of consent, rectification, restriction of processing and objection.

You withdraw consent in the extension's popup by switching off “Uključeno” (On). From then on the extension sends nothing and reads no statistics from olx.ba, and it deletes the server answers. Saved listings and notes stay until you delete them.

Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all of its data in your browser.

For anything else, write to the address under Contact. As we keep no record per user on the server, there is usually nothing to show or delete, but we will confirm that to you.

Complaints

If you believe the processing of your data breaks the law, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you live in the European Union, you can also turn to the data protection supervisory authority in your country.

Processor and transfers

The server and this website run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), our host and processor. Cloudflare receives every request, with your IP address, and handles it in its data centres around the world, so data leaves Bosnia and Herzegovina and may be processed in the European Union, the USA and other countries. Cloudflare processes data on our instructions and under its data processing agreement. Request logging is turned off on the server and on this website, and we use no analytics. As host, Cloudflare may still keep security logs (including the IP address) of requests its bot protection challenges or blocks.

Changes

If the extension starts sending anything new, we first change this page and the consent text, and the extension asks for your consent again.
