Iznajajmljujem garsonjeru studentima. Pored mjesečne kirije, naplaćuje se fiksna naknada za režije u iznosu od 100 KM, koja uključuje sve troškove: grijanje, električnu energiju, vodu, odvoz otpada, internet i kablovsku televiziju.
Ako stan koriste dvije osobe, naknada za režije iznosi 150 KM mjesečno.

Stan će biti dostupan od 1. jula 2026. godine.

Studio Apartment for Rent – Students Only
A studio apartment is available for rent to students. In addition to the monthly rent, a fixed utility fee of 100 BAM is charged, covering all utilities: heating, electricity, water, waste collection, internet, and cable TV.
If the apartment is occupied by two persons, the utility fee is 150 BAM per month.

The apartment will be available from July 1, 2026.
